(Greencastle, IN) Truk Wurks Off Road and Al’s Liner, a division of Scorpion Protective Coatings, are proud to announce their partnership for the remainder of 2009 and beyond.

“For years, Scorpion Protective Coatings has been known for its high quality products and services in the industrial and protective coatings world, including spray-in bedliners,” said Scorpion vice-president Clayton Tomasino. “Since introducing our Al’s Liner do-it-yourself bedliner products a few years ago, our sales have been fantastic and the customer response has been very positive. But we felt it was time to step it up a bit, and find a way to show the world how truly tough Al’s Liner really is. That’s when we decided to work with Truk Wurks and their monster truck program.”

“We are very ecstatic about working with Scorpion and their Al’s Liner brand,” said Truk Wurks general manager Greg Adams. “After meeting with them, touring their facility, and seeing first-hand just how versatile their product is, I knew that we had something really great on our hands.”

Both of the Truk Wurks monster trucks, the Bar’s Leaks Eliminator and the all-new Rislone Defender, are now sporting Al’s Liner decals on their respective bedsides, and will eventually feature Al’s Liner bedliner product on various parts of the truck bodies and chassis. In addition to proving its toughness on the track, Al’s Liner has stepped up to the task of protecting the interior floor surface of the team’s 53’ transport semi trailer. “In 20 years of monster truck racing, I’ve tried a lot of different things to protect the floors of my transport trailers,” said Adams. “And truth be told, I’ve never found a very good solution. Until now, that is; I’m very optimistic that Al’s Liner will be the solution to taking care of our trailer’s floor!”

“These guys put their equipment through its paces not just on the track, but travelling up and down the road as well,” said Tomasino. “These trailer floors take a beating from trucks, tools, and tires, in addition to the inevitable fluid leaks from the monsters. By coating the trailer floor with Al’s Liner, the Truk Wurks team will be able to enjoy years of hassle-free, easy to maintain floor surface.”

Be sure to look for the Truk Wurks team at events nationwide as the year goes on, and to see for yourself why Al’s Liner is simply the best do-it-yourself liner around. For more information on Al’s Liner, check them out online at www.alsliner.com.
